Ingredients:

  • 200ml Green Tea (or Black Tea)

  • 40ml Passionfruit Jam Syrup

  • 10ml Fructose (adjust to taste)

  • Ice cubes

  • Water (to top up)

  • Optional: Fresh lemon slices or fruit bits for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Brew 200ml of green tea and let it cool slightly.

  2. In a 500ml shaker, add 40ml Passionfruit Jam Syrup and 10ml Fructose.

  3. Pour in the tea and a handful of ice cubes.

  4. Top up with water until the total volume reaches 500ml.

  5. Shake well and serve over ice.
